Getting Here
Tauhara is centrally located 12 minutes’ drive from Taupo town at the heart of the North Island on five hectares of hilltop overlooking Acacia Bay, Lake Taupo, New Zealand.
Tauhara offers the quiet charm of a pastoral setting within ten minutes easy access to all that Taupo offers as a prime tourist destination.

Donations
As a registered charitable trust, Tauhara Centre welcomes donations, which we generally channel into particular improvements projects (e.g new equipment for the kitchen, new curtains for meeting spaces). We are unable to accept “tied” donations, which might channel the funds into areas that Trustees do not regard as priority.
Please note that any donation over $5 is tax deductible, and we are happy to send you a receipt with our Charities registration number CC35413 included for when you submit your claim to IRD.
