Surrounded by hillside bush, our Retreat Chalet is a three-minute walk from the main complex.

This cosy, self-contained unit features a kitchenette, ensuite bathroom and private veranda with stunning views of Acacia Bay and Lake Taupō.

With a comfortable queen bed, it’s ideal for one or two guests seeking peace and seclusion.

Kereru Lodge accommodates up to eight people. This fully self-contained lodge has four bedrooms, two shower bathrooms and a lovely private deck with expansive views of Tauhara’s hazelnut orchard.

Kowhai Cottage is a self-contained open-plan studio unit that can accommodate up to two people overlooking our organic garden. It offers a queen-sized bed, couch, kitchenette and shower bathroom.

The Flat is an open-plan self-contained unit that can accommodate up to four people. It has a queen-sized bed, two single beds, kitchenette, private ensuite bathroom and an expansive view of Lake Taupō and the mountains.

Our one-bedroom cottage overlooks our organic gardens. It features a lounge with a cosy fireplace and a shower bathroom. With a queen-sized bed in the bedroom, and a single bed in the lounge, this unit can accommodate three guests.

Our two-bedroom cottage has a queen-sized bed, two single beds and a fold-down couch to accommodate up to six people.

This cottage offers a view of our organic gardens, a comfortable lounge with a fireplace, kitchen and a shower bathroom.

Tauhara has ten bunkrooms, each accommodating up to four or five guests with options for shared or single occupancy.

Choosing to stay in one of the four caravans available on site is an affordable option for those seeking privacy.

Our powered sites are available for you to stay in your own motorhomes, and a spacious campground for you to pitch your own tents during warmer months.

A fully equipped camp kitchen, common bathrooms with hot showers and paid laundry facilities are available on-site.
